Fitness Classes

Our classes are designed with our members in mind. Each class is taught by one of our expert Personal Trainers, so rest assured you are in good hands.

Fitness classes are an amazing way to get fit and motivated in a group setting. Group training is fantastic for motivation and morale bringing a healthy competition with a great environment to make friends aswell.

Whether you want to push yourself to new limits in one of our HIIT Classes, or take some time for yourself in one of our yoga or pilates classes, you will find the class for you with Fortitude.

All of our amazing classes can be tailored to any ability so whether you are a seasoned classer or new to the gym entirely, we welcome you with open arms.
